Purpose of This Converter Rail System
This rail system lets you keep your full size headboard and footboard, and sleep on queen size bedding. No need to buy a new headboard because you want a queen mattress.
For Use with Bolt-On Headboard and Footboard
This Converter Rail System is intended to be used with a headboard and footboard that bolt on to the rail system.
Sturdy Construction
The rails feature sturdy construction with side rails measuring 1 1/2" x 2" (vertical) x 82".
Included Center Support System
The Center Support System features one width adjustable Cross Rail and a height adjustable leg (height adjusts from 7 1/4" up to 12-1/4""). An optional Leg Extender Kit is available which extends the height up to 18". (Please see "Related Products" section on the top right of this page.)
Retainer Brackets
Retainer Brackets hold your Queen Size foundation unit securely in place.
